After several years left vacant, the Albany community worked together to revive their village’s general store. Albany Community Trust purchased the property and led and extensive renovation & addition to the building. Kit, Jana, and Emily —owners of nearby Craftsbury General Store— were selected as the store operators and opened The Genny Albany on June 3rd, 2021.
